Description
The subject of the tender is the supply of mixed gas (natural gas and biogas (biomethane) for one of Badbetriebs GmbH's consumption points.
1 offtake point with a reference consumption of approx. 2,200,000 kWh p.a.
Delivery period from 01.01.2025, 0.00 hrs to 01.01.2027, 24.00 hrs (2 delivery years).
"Biogas" is any gas obtained by anaerobic fermentation of biomass as defined in § 2 and § 3 of the Ordinance on the Generation of Electricity from Biomass (Biomass Ordinance - BiomasseV).
"Bio natural gas" ("biomethane") is any biogas or other gaseous biomass that has been processed and fed into the bio natural gas grid. Gas withdrawn from a gas network is deemed to be biogas (biomethane) if the quantity of biogas withdrawn corresponds in heat equivalent to the quantity of gas from biomass over a balancing period of one year that has been fed into the gas network elsewhere and if the entire transportation and distribution of the biogas from its production to its feed-in into the natural gas network is covered by the term "biomethane", its injection into the natural gas grid and its transportation in the natural gas grid up to its withdrawal from the natural gas grid, mass balance systems have been used that meet the requirements of the Renewable Energy Sources Act and its implementing ordinances.
