Description
The subject of the tender is the planning, delivery, installation and commissioning of two fast-charging stations for e-trucks, each with a charging capacity of 400 kW, including the necessary infrastructure measures. Power will be supplied via a transformer station located a maximum of 75 m away. A plan of the infrastructure can be found in the attached documents.The fast charging stations must be suitable for use with e-trucks and comply with current standards.The following specifications must be observed for the connection between the charging station and the possible charging vehicles:- Plug systems:o CCS type 2 plug in accordance with DIN EN 62196-3, suitable for charging capacities up to 400 kW.o Robust and ergonomic design, optimized for frequent use.o Protection class at least IP54 for safe outdoor use.- Swivel arm or comparable function Swivel arm or comparable functionality:o Flexible and ergonomic positioning of the cable.o Maximum cable length: 5 meters from the charging pole outlet to the plug end.o Robust design for permanent outdoor use.o Secure locking mechanism in the resting position to prevent uncontrolled movements.- Cable management:o System for orderly routing and safe storage of charging cables.o Protection against damage and avoidance of tripping hazards.o Weather-resistant and low-maintenance.o Suitable for intensive use and easy handlingThe installation must ensure compliance with the required trajectories (routes for safe vehicle access).
