The subject of the tender is the conclusion of framework agreements on the purchase and use of software products from a wide range of manufacturers in the lots put out to tender and related services as well as other supplementary contractual services.
ekom21 is also inviting tenders for the services of lots 1 to 7 for KIV Thüringen and KDZ Mainz, which will conclude their own framework agreements with the best bidders in each case.
The service of lot 8 will be put out to tender by ekom21 exclusively for itself.
The framework agreements are intended - without establishing an obligation to purchase - to cover the procurement requirements of the beneficiaries, which cannot yet be planned and specified in detail at the time they are concluded, by calling up the contractual services as required.
