The contract comprises the following main services:
?maintenance and inspection of air handling units
?maintenance of fire dampers
?maintenance of volume flow controllers
?hygienic testing
?filter replacement as part of maintenance (relates to the Hanover Federal Plant Variety Office)
?maintenance and inspection of the safety overpressure ventilation system (concerns the Federal Railway Authority in Hanover)
Inspection in accordance with DGUV regulation 4
?emergency service\/on-call service

The order includes the following services:
?V-belt replacement in the event of anomalies
?hourly rates are agreed for maintenance measures
?surcharge rates (in %) are agreed for services outside normal working hours
?a flat rate for travel to and from the site is agreed for services that are not carried out together with the regular services
