The subject of the present procedure is the Europe-wide award of contracts for technical building services in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2, ยงยง 53 ff for plant groups 1-3 and 7-8 (Lot 1) and plant groups 4+5 (Lot 2) in a negotiated procedure with a preliminary call for competition for the energy-efficient refurbishment of Bissingen Town Hall. The services will be commissioned as follows: first LPH 1 - LPH 3 and LPH 4 (partly depending on the client) according to HOAI, then LPH 5 - LPH 8 according to HOAI after the construction decision has been made. Applicants can apply for one lot or for both lots.
