Description
The subject of the present award procedure is the conclusion of a general planning contract for the provision of the following planning services for the construction project "Conversion and modernization of the administration buildings at Hildegardstraße 28 and 29\/30, 10715 Berlin":
- all basic services of service phases 6 to 9 in the service categories buildings and interiors, Section 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI;
- all basic services of service phases 6 to 9 in the service profile engineering structures, § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 12.1 HOAI;
- all basic services of work phases 6 to 9 in the technical equipment work profile, Section 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI;
- all basic services of service phases 6 to 9 in the service profile of outdoor facilities, § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11.1 HOAI;
- all basic services of service phase 6 in the service profile technical planning, section 1 structural design, § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14.1 HOAI,
and
- all basic services of service phase 6 in the service profile building physics, Section 3 (1) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1 HOAI (No. 1.2 Building Physics, 1.2.2 Service Profile Building Physics for No. 1.2.3 Thermal Insulation and Energy Balancing);
- all basic services for service phases 6 and 7 in the building physics service profile in accordance with Section 3 (1) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1 (No. 1.2 Building physics, 1.2.2 Building physics service profile for No. 1.2.4 Building acoustics);
- all basic services of service phases 6 and 7 in the building physics service profile, Section 3 (1) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1 HOAI (No. 1.2 Building physics, 1.2.2 Building physics service profile for No. 1.2.5 Room acoustics);
- further specialist planning, consulting and special specialist planning services (in particular fire protection, PV system planning incl. PV façade, special specialist planning for sustainability BNB) and
- the transfer of the planning services (2D planning) created by third parties up to service phase 5 into the BIM raw model and into the BIM overall coordination model (in LPH 6 initially only with planning depth LOD 300 and then continuously with deeper planning depth) for all relevant specialist models.
