Description
The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of components for network operation and associated services. The framework agreement for the procurement is to be concluded via a discount agreement on product groups in order to be able to react flexibly to future expansions and conversions due to the growth of Vitos.
The term of the framework agreement is 48 months, with the purpose of providing deliveries and services free to destination from the HPE\/Aruba product range. In the first 12 months, acceptance of products listed in the "List of Services - Offer - Direct Acceptance" is planned. The client undertakes to purchase at least 90% of the quantities specified in the "List of Services - Offer - Direct Acceptance" within 12 months of the contract being awarded.
The contract shall be concluded at the time the contract is awarded and performance shall commence on the same day. The award of contract is planned for week 49\/24.
Vitos gGmbH invites tenders for the contract as a contracting authority in accordance with Section 15 of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by way of an open procedure.
