Description
The subject of this tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of printer consumables for the Vitos Group with a term of 12 months from the start of the service. The contract is expected to be awarded in calendar week 46\/2024, with the service commencing on December 1, 2024. The eligible companies will be supplied either directly or via the logistics provider used within the Group. The framework agreement is limited to a maximum volume of EUR 350,000 and ends at the latest after expiry or prematurely when the maximum volume limit is reached. The client has the right to extend the term of the contract once by six months under the conditions of the service description.
The aim of this invitation to tender is to find the most economical toner supplier and also to improve the quality of the article masters and standardize the structure. In addition, the targeted specification of alternative toners (rebuild, compatible, etc.) is intended to create the possibility of supplying printers with cheaper consumables.
The future supplier found through this tender will therefore first have to supply the article master, which will contain both the original products and - where available on the market - corresponding rebuild products. In addition, the contractor will supply a reference of replica products to the original products in the article master.
Binding prices shall be provided for the inks and toners listed in the appendices. These prices are fixed for the specified term.
Furthermore, the future supplier shall also supply all other inks and toners in its product range as an article master in the defined format so that the corresponding data is available in the Vitos system in the event of a new installation.
The specified articles and quantities are the review of the consumption of the main articles in the previous period (see service specifications). Vitos will use these articles and quantities to evaluate the offers, but these are not binding purchase quantities.
Vitos gGmbH invites tenders for the contract as a contracting authority in accordance with Section 15 of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by way of an open procedure.
