The State Office for the Environment (LfU) needs to be able to display and operate files and internal programs/applications on large screens in meeting rooms and add handwritten comments. Operation should be possible both directly on the display via touch input and via a connected mouse/keyboard.In addition to use as an interactive digital board, it should also be possible (optionally) to use the devices as a video conferencing system.The current award involves the procurement of devices for 2 locations in the sense of a functional test. If the test phase is successful, a subsequent tender for a larger quantity of comparable devices is planned. (The LfU currently has almost 1,000 employees at around 40 locations in the state of Brandenburg.) The minimum scope of services to be offered consists of the delivery and commissioning of two large smartboard-like screens at two different LfU locations, while an integrated computer unit, webcam, microphone and loudspeaker units to match the displays and suitable "blackboard software" are requested as optional items.
