Description
The State Office for Refugee Affairs (LAF) intends to award catering services for the refugee accommodation at Invalidenstr. 30-31 in 10115 Berlin and Quittenweg 20 in
12524 Berlin. The services constitute services within the meaning of Section 3 of the VgV. The award procedure will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Part Four of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV), in each case in the version valid at the time of dispatch of the above-mentioned EU notice. The contractor shall be responsible for the supply and provision of food and beverages to the persons accommodated in the above-mentioned accommodation with full daily meals.
