Description
The State of Brandenburg, represented by the State Office for the Environment, intends to record and update the mapping of biotope types and habitat types outside the FFH areas in the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park in the years 2024 to 2027. The mapping serves to monitor FFH habitat types (LRT) and legally protected biotopes as well as to update the biotope register of the state of Brandenburg and is thus the basis for the implementation of the European Habitats Directive and the statutory biotope protection in the state of Brandenburg § 30 BNatSchG and § 18 BbgNatSchAG. In addition, the Ordinance on Legally Protected Biotopes (Biotope Protection Ordinance) of August 7, 2006 applies; for further information, please refer to the service description, which you will find in the tender documents.
