Description
The software company Microsoft (hereinafter also referred to as the "Licensor") and the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community (BMI) signed a Microsoft Business and Service Agreement (CTM X20-10009) and a Group Agreement (CTM X20 10141-C \/ CTM X20 10141-P) on 22.02.2021 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement"). The Client requires purchase and rental licenses from the Licensor and is entitled to accede to the Agreement. The Client is entitled to cover its requirements on the basis of the Agreement. Procurement is not carried out via the contractual framework, but via an authorized Microsoft license dealer. With this invitation to tender, a contractual partner (contractor or contractor) is sought for a framework agreement so that the client can cover its requirements for Microsoft licenses and services (Software Assurance) during the contract period on the basis of call-offs.
The client already operates an extensive IT infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies, among others. To ensure the reliability and security of these structures and to expand them, the regular replacement and, in some cases, the procurement of new licenses from Microsoft is an ongoing procurement task.
The seamless transition of all existing Microsoft products (including Software Assurance) at the client as well as the possibility of expansion and new procurement (including Software Assurance) from 01.05.2025 must be ensured by the contractor
