The services are divided into several titles. The awarding of the contract and invoicing of the joint project will be carried out separately for the following clients:
List of clients: 3 clients are participating in the joint project: Client 1: Verkehrsbetriebe Nordhausen GmbH, Robert-Blum-Straße 1, 99734 Nordhausen [hereinafter referred to as VBN]; Client 2: Stadt Nordhausen, Markt 1, 99734 Nordhausen, [hereinafter referred to as Stadt Nordhausen]; Client 3: Federal Republic of Germany represented by Thüringer Landesamt für Bau und Verkehr Referat 43, Region Nord, Siemensstraße 12, 37321 Leinefelde-Worbis, [hereinafter referred to as TBLV, Region Nord]
The joint project is divided as described below:
Title 1: General construction costs (all AG pro rata)
Title 2: Services provided by Nordhausen public transport company (VBN)
Title 3: Services provided by the City of Nordhausen (City of Nordhausen)
Title 4: Services TLBV, Region Nord (TLBV)
Each of the 3 contracting authorities of the joint measure will award a separate contract to the most cost-effective bidder for its scope of services. Awarding contracts by title is excluded. Invoices will be issued separately to each contracting authority according to the services commissioned.

Title 1: General construction costs
Title 1: General construction costs is commissioned and borne on a percentage basis based on the tender results for Titles 2 - 4. The cost key is determined by the commissioned planning office before the contract is awarded.

Scope of work Title 2, pro rata Title 1 [VBN]
- 340 m track construction, slab track system, support point bearing and continuous bearing, 60 R2, 60 R1, 59 R1
- 790 m2 concrete surface (concrete base slab for slab track)
- 820 m2 hydraulically bound base course
- 920 m2 track covering in asphalt construction
- 1360 m rail joint grouting

Scope of work Title 3, pro rata Title 1 [City of Nordhausen]
- 220 m2 Participation in basic rehabilitation of roadway (asphalt construction)
- 370 m2 hydraulically bound base course
- 200 m 3-row channel construction
- Replace 24 bridge bearings (elastomer bearings)

Scope of work Title 4, pro rata Title 1 [TLBV, Region Nord]
- 250 m2 Participation in basic rehabilitation of roadway (asphalt construction)
- 700 m2 Pavement rehabilitation in carriageways (milling work, asphalt construction)

There are no plans to subdivide this lot into further lots (see point h).
