The Babenhausen Primary School Association intends to extend and renovate the Babenhausen Primary School. The subject of the contract is the services of the object planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with § 33 ff HOAI 2021, with step-by-step commissioning. If necessary, various special services will also be commissioned. The school currently has 369 children divided into 15 classes. Due to the requirement for all-day care (in stages from 2026\/2027 until the start of the 2029\/2030 school year) and increasing pupil numbers, the school is to be extended by 5 classes and expanded accordingly. The school building was built in 1981; an extension was built in 1991 and the use of some of the rooms was changed in 2021. The school consists of 3 floors, whereby the 2nd floor is as good as new and equipped with large divisible group rooms. The schoolyard is located to the west and is an entrance to the building with trees to be preserved. The canteen and sports hall are used by the neighboring middle and secondary school and are excluded from the measure and this procedure. It is to be refurbished and extended, taking into account the ongoing operation of the school. Parts of the middle and secondary school are available for temporary relocation of pupils.The refurbishment essentially includes:-The energy-efficient refurbishment of the building envelope: facade construction, replacement of the windows and insulation of the roof surface -The refurbishment of the sanitary facilities in all parts of the buildingFor the new energy systems, an economic feasibility study is to be prepared in LPH 2+3.The project is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025. An application for funding must be submitted by 30.09.2025 at the latest. The completion of all construction phases and final commissioning should take place by the end of 2027.the type of construction is to be selected in such a way that the time frame and the conditions for funding can be met and any DGNB certification is possible.documents on the existing building and an initial preliminary investigation are available. The office involved in the preliminary investigation is deemed to be the pre-approved applicant. In the event that the pre-qualified office applies and is invited to the award negotiations, the documents will be made available by the client to all participants in the award negotiations in order to ensure that all bidders have the same level of information. Even without the participation of the pre-qualified office, the documents will be made available to the bidders in the best possible way.
