Description
The Rhineland-Palatinate Education Portal project is an integration project that is being jointly implemented by the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Education and the Rhineland-Palatinate State Pedagogical Institute and is intended to integrate the state's educational and administrative IT systems in the school sector and enable uniform access to these digital applications for all those involved in the educational process via single sign-on technology based on a role concept.The planned master data server serves as a central cross-project data hub, transformation and mediation service for the required master data, such as personal master data, but also value lists for subjects, timetables and all school statistics-relevant features. The aim is to ensure that master data required across all projects only has to be entered once if possible and can be used by all specialist procedures via this data hub.
