The public bathing area 'Oranienburger Strand' on Mainzer Straße / Rüdesheimerstraße, 16515 Oranienburg, located on Lehnitzsee, is to be redesigned by landscaping measures on an area of approx. 10,000m² with the aim of increasing the recreational and usage function.the area of the construction project is bordered to the northwest by the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path.the services are not divided into sections / lots and are to be implemented by May 31, 2025 (start of the 2025 bathing season). The landscaping services include demolition work, ground work, work to construct retaining and seating walls made of natural stone blocks, path construction work and construction of beach sand areas, construction of wooden decks, additions to equipment (including special models) and planting work (trees, shrub roses, lawns). For work on the water supply (for drinking fountains, foot showers, mud facilities), proof of approval group W3 in accordance with DVGW_Worksheet GW 301 for registered plumbing companies must be submitted.
