This service description for VE 120.1 (roofing) includes construction and planning services for the 4SD construction project - new construction of a quadruple sports hall in Dinslaken. On all roofs, at least partial areas will be installed as green roofs above the sealing level + Roof skylightsOn the main roof (hall roof), 24 roof skylights are to be installed as fall-through-proof, 5° inclined monopitch roof glazing. The procurement, installation and sealing to the roof waterproofing are part of the contract. + Plumbing workSealing of all interior floor slabs in contact with the ground in accordance with DIN 18533 W 1- E on the first floor and basement. The vertical connection / transition between the floor slab and foundation as well as the standard base sealing (also in the door area) must be carried out.+ HVAC installationsSupply, installation and sealing of all roof drains including emergency drains, goosenecks, ventilation ducts and collection boxes on the roof areas.+ PV systemAs a preliminary service for the PV system, the contractor roofing contractor must supply and install all substructures of the PV system with east-west orientation in butterfly roof form. The elements are secured by ballasting.+ Maintenance paths / cable safety systemCreation of maintenance paths on the technical roof and installation of a complete cable safety system as fall protection on the roof of the entrance building and the hall. The cable safety system is to be secured solely by ballast, without the need for puncture points in the waterproofing.+ Technical processing / planning servicesTechnical processing and preparation of a wind suction calculation for the fall protection and ballasting of the PV system, preparation of a gradient plan and the performance of a final leak test.
