Description

The planned project comprises the new construction of a free-standing U-shaped building in timber construction with main dimensions of approx. 40 x 30 m. The load-bearing structure of the two-storey building with no basement and a pitched roof consists of stacked board ceilings supported on timber frame walls; the roof structure is planned as a rafter roof; the floor slab, staircase with elevator shaft and two external wall sections are planned in reinforced concrete.
The building is an administration building and houses offices and meeting rooms. Technical and storage rooms are located on the top floor.
