The Peter Ustinov School, Vielstedter Kirchweg 15, 27798 Hude, with a gross floor area of around 6,900 m², has been renovated in annual construction phases since 2011. In addition to structural engineering measures, the scope of the refurbishment also included work on the electrical systems, heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities and building automation. There are hardly any as-built plans from these refurbishment phases that show the condition after completion of the refurbishment. The available planning documents will be provided in the second phase of the process, the tender preparation. As the building was refurbished in numerous construction phases in the past, no overall assessment of the building was carried out. Similarly, no system diagrams were drawn up and designed for the entire property. For this reason, extensive work is required to record the current state of the building by means of a local survey of the entire property, in relation to the building construction, but above all to the electrical systems as well as the heating, ventilation and sanitary technology and building automation.
