Description

The Paul Ehrlich Institute at its current location in Langen can only maintain its operations at increased expense and has neither the necessary future-proof flexibility nor urgently needed expansion areas on the property. A new research campus is therefore to be built on a nearby site. Due to its specific use with diverse laboratory operations, the new construction of this building complex must be based on the state of the art in science and technology - beyond the generally recognized rules of technology - which implies the highest demands on laboratory technology. This requires, among other things, engineering services within the meaning of § 74 VgV. The aim of this negotiated procedure with a call for competition is to award such services for laboratory technology planning (in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI: laboratory technology planning).
