Description
The old Ballenstedt Lung Clinic is to become a social welfare center. The measure - in this case the subsequent use of the lung clinic in Ballenstedt - is primarily intended to achieve the goal of securing outpatient medical care for the population of the town of Ballenstedt and its surroundings. The three building sections A, B, C will in future become (A) a health center with medical practices (MVZ), hospice, pharmacy and other medical service providers; (B) the existing canteen kitchen with bistro, day care, day care, office; (C) assisted living, offices. The conversion measures mainly relate to internal conversion measures as non-structural measures. The building services must be converted from hospital standard to the above-mentioned utilization standards. The subject of the contract are the services of the technical equipment planning in accordance with ยง 55 HOAI, plant groups 1 - 3, 7 and 8, each from LPH 4 to LPH 9 as well as special services in accordance with Annex 15 of the HOAI. Service phases 1 to 3 have been commissioned as part of a project development and are currently being prepared.
