The object of the tender is to replace the existing aeration system of the two basins (Schreiber; bridge aeration = aerator on a type of scraper bridge that moves through the basin) with a flat aeration system consisting of permanently installed aeration elements. In future, the bridge of the existing aeration system will only serve as a service bridge; the decommissioning of the bridge is part of this tender. The tender also includes the replacement of the technical equipment required to aerate the aeration system and the installation of suitable air pipes in the basins. As this is a plant with intermittent aeration, mixing is also required during periods without aeration. The installation of suitable; agitators is therefore also part of this tender; The air pipes leading to the basins, the control units and blowers are not included in the scope of services; Dismantling of the existing aeration grids incl. piping, fastening material,; guide structures and lifting structures; Dismantling work on the bridge (drive, control box incl. cabling; Dismantling of the brake plates in the aeration basins; Lifting of the dismantled parts out of the basins is carried out by the contractor.
