Description
The object of the service is the takeover, if necessary the transportation and recycling of the quantities of residual waste (mixed municipal waste - AVV 20 03 01 - and other residual waste that can be disposed of as mixed municipal waste) and bulky waste handed over to the Mansfeld-Südharz district, Eigenbetrieb Abfallwirtschaft Mansfeld-Südharz in its function as a public waste management authority, in accordance with the criteria of the law on the promotion of the circular economy and ensuring the environmentally sound management of waste (Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz - KrWG) as specified in the service description. The waste put out to tender is to be accepted, transported if necessary and sent for predominantly energy recovery in accordance with the specifications.
The tender is divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Recycling of residual waste,
Lot 2: Recycling of bulky waste.
Both lots are each tendered with two term alternatives (Alternative A: term 3 years, from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2028; Alternative B: term 6 years, from 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2031) as well as two transport alternatives (alternative with transport, "m.T." - Transport of the waste by the contractor: takeover of the waste at the handover points of the client; alternative without transport, "o.T." - Transport of the waste by the client: takeover of the waste at a transfer point of the contractor).
