Description
The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of energy-efficient, particularly economical ultra-low temperature freezers and ultra-low temperature cabinets that allow samples to be stored at temperatures as low as -80°C. The appliances to be procured must not consume more than 90 kWh of electricity per week and should carry a recognized energy-saving label if applicable. If necessary, the appliances must be equipped with appropriate stainless steel shelves and delivered to the installation site. The contract will be awarded in five lots: - Lot 1 \/ performance class ultra-low temperature freezers: volume: 300l to < 450l - Lot 2 \/ performance class ultra-low temperature freezers: volume: 450l to < 600l - Lot 3 \/ performance class ultra-low temperature freezers: volume: 600l to < 750l - Lot 4 \/ performance class ultra-low temperature freezers: volume: 750l to < 850l - Lot 5 \/ performance class ultra-low temperature chest freezers: volume: min. 200 l The maximum delivery time per system is 8 weeks. On-site service and telephone support are available. For structural reasons, the dimensions of the ultra deep freezers must not exceed 1.2 m * 1.2 m * 1.985 m (length * width * height). The estimated order volume for the entire framework agreement with a term of 48 months is approximately EUR 1,500,000 net.
