Description
The object of the measure is the structural consolidation of the "Kinder- und Jugendhaus" at Nahariyastr.19, 12309 Berlin-Lichtenrade (KJH), the family center (FamZ) at Nahariyastr.33, 12309 Berlin-Lichtenrade and the creation of rooms for neighborhood-serving uses. The KJH is to be retained in its current form, but will be renovated in terms of energy efficiency and technology. The space requirements for the neighborhood and the family center are to be covered by a two-story extension on the current parking lot along Nahariyastrasse. In addition, rooms in the basement that are currently not barrier-free in the KJH are to be replaced in the extension. The construction costs (KG 200 - KG 700) are estimated at approx. 4.77 million ? gross and it is intended to provide the majority of these from two funding programs.
A suitable project manager is being sought for the implementation and management of the measures with this invitation to tender.
