Description

The object of the contract is the regular, professional and proper disposal of hazardous waste, some of which is subject to hazardous goods legislation, in approved collection containers and \/ or in some cases also by means of road tankers with suction equipment (so-called suction vehicles) for the official users in the properties of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks.

The waste is hazardous commercial municipal waste that is generated at various points of origin\/waste sites (e.g. administrative buildings, accommodation, workshops, shooting ranges, kitchens/canteens, training\/sports grounds, waste\/hazardous goods storage facilities, etc.) within the properties of the service users. The waste shall be collected separately by the client according to the waste fractions listed below in accordance with the GewAbfV and made available for professional and proper disposal, insofar as this is technically possible and/or economically reasonable.
Hazardous waste is waste material with hazardous properties which
a) were used as "operating materials", as listed below by way of example and not exhaustively:
- Waste oils
- solvents
- Brake and cooling fluids
- Acids and alkalis, PCB-containing substances
- Chemicals (in containers)
- Used packaging with harmful residues
- Printing inks, old paints and varnishes, spray cans, sealants, adhesives
- Rechargeable batteries and batteries
- Waste electrical appliances in collection groups 1-5 (e.g. refrigerators, air conditioners, screens, monitors, fluorescent tubes, microwaves, small electrical appliances such as keyboards, PC mice, devices with lithium-ion batteries)
b) accumulate as residual stocks of the materials mentioned under a) and therefore cannot be reused (e.g. shelf life expired, product characteristic no longer given, etc.)
c) originate from maintenance and/or cleaning processes, as listed below by way of example and not exhaustively:
- Oil-contaminated operating materials (contaminated binding agents, oil hoses, oil filters, used and used filters, including fleeces from exhaust air systems, wiping cloths, weapon cleaning cloths, used disposable clothing, gloves, etc.).
- Category A IV waste wood
- Individual waste from special uses (e.g. indoor firing ranges) such as
