Description
The object of the contract is the continuous editorial and technical support, updating and further development of the website www.rauchfrei-info.de, including the associated online exit program, forum and chat, as well as the associated administrative tasks and the continuous support and further development of the social media platform "Instagram". The website and the exit program were revised in 2024. The online exit program will be further revised. In addition to the website, there is also an Instagram channel Insta-gram\/rauchfrei_info whose support (editing, text, graphics, community management) is also part of the remit. The technical support of the website is not part of this contract, but is carried out by a third party (hereinafter referred to as "technical agency"). Editorial support is carried out in close coordination with the responsible specialist department of the client and the technology agency. The subject matter of the contract also includes in particular the creation of new texts and the updating of existing content on all topics of the website with a focus on addressing adults and the proofreading of all texts going online. Answering citizens' inquiries, forum support and chat support as well as its preparation and follow-up are also part of the service.
With the expected establishment of the Federal Institute for Prevention and Education in Medicine (BIPAM) on 01.01.2025, a website consolidation is planned. A concept for the transfer to the new site structure must be drawn up for this consolidation of the sites and the necessary preparatory work must be completed.
