Description
The municipality of Schönwalde-Glien would like to expand the industrial estate II in the district of Perwenitz. The feasibility study for the expansion of the industrial estate dated 14.06.2023 analyzed all relevant development feasibility issues, provided good framework conditions and developed a preferred development option due to restrictions from a nature conservation perspective. The feasibility study has been published in the council information system of the municipality of Schönwalde-Glien under template DR 169/2023 (https://ratsinfo-online.net/schoenwaldeglien-bi/oparl/1.0/download.asp?dtyp=130&id=119921). The aim is to remove the area of the future industrial estate II from the landscape conservation area and adapt the land use plan accordingly. The development plan procedure is also to be carried out. Both procedures are to be carried out in parallel. These tasks are to be managed and coordinated by an external service provider.
The project management services requested relate to the management and coordination of all tasks required for the development plan procedure and the amendment of the land use plan, including the removal of the area of the future commercial area II from the landscape conservation area, so that the provisions of the landscape conservation area ordinance do not prevent the development of the commercial area in accordance with the development plan. The funding objectives and funding conditions of the LBV grant notice dated 30.10.2024 must be complied with.
To this end, a demonstrably experienced project management service provider is being sought to carry out multiple coordination tasks and time-critical development projects in the area of commercial and industrial area development (project management). On behalf of the municipality of Schönwalde-Glien, the project management service provider will support the units responsible there in terms of capacity, technical content and advice on an ongoing basis and in line with requirements. The contractor shall ensure that the funding objectives and funding conditions of the LBV grant notice are complied with for all funded measures. The allocated funding must be utilized.
