Description
The municipality of Langenaltheim intends to construct a new fire station on the municipal plot number 1125 with 2,940 m² and possibly a partial area from plot number 1125\/3 (1,200 m²). According to the municipal council resolution, the building is to be constructed in timber and have 3 parking spaces.
For the project to build a new fire station in Langenaltheim, basic services are required in accordance with HOAI in area F Technical equipment planning (HLS) in accordance with HOAI 2021 part 4, section 2, § 53 system groups 1, 2, 3 and 7, including special services.
Services from service phases 1 to 8 will be awarded.
The services will be commissioned in stages:
Stage 1: Service phases 1 - 4
Stage 2: Service phases 5 - 7
Stage 3: Service phases 8
When awarding the contract, the client shall initially only commission the basic services of service phases 1-4. The client reserves the right to limit the assignment of further service phases. The client is free to decide whether to commission further services; there is no entitlement to the transfer of further services.
