Description
The municipality of Daaden-Herdorf intends to completely renovate the indoor swimming pool in Daaden. The indoor pool is to be renovated to make it more energy-efficient and converted for barrier-free use. The renewal of the building and pool water technology is planned. The services will be tendered in parallel in lots as follows:- Lot 1: Project planning for buildings and outdoor facilities as well as demolition planning in service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI and § 39 HOAI,- Lot 2: Technical equipment for HVAC and pool water in service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI,- Lot 3: Technical equipment for electrical systems in service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI,- The necessary structural engineering services are to be procured separately,- A phased commissioning is planned. Work phases 1-4 are to be commissioned first, followed by work phases 5-9. The measure is urgent; construction is to begin in 2025.
