The Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS) of the City of Potsdam intends to construct a new two-storey building with a two-storey sports hall, canteen and various multi-purpose rooms on the site of schools 37/38.The tendered services for gardening and landscaping primarily include:- preparatory measures, - site equipment, protective and safety measures,- demolition work for soils / base layers incl. partial disposal,- shaft and trench work for pipe systems and drainage incl. associated installation parts,- foundation and concrete work,- preparation of site surfaces (paved and unpaved)- playground areas incl. equipment,- enclosures, equipment and planting work. Foundation and concrete work- Preparation of ground surfaces (paved and unpaved)- Playground areas incl. equipment,- Enclosures, equipment and planting workParallel work by third parties as well as interruptions due to construction and weather conditions must be expected, this must be taken into account and coordinated accordingly.Information on the site:The construction site is located within the school grounds and adjacent to path areas that are heavily frequented, especially during the period of drop-off and pick-up traffic. An increased volume of pedestrians and cyclists is also to be expected in the area of the access road on Humboldtring. There are limited parking and storage areas on the school grounds. Due to the location and the adjacent buildings and trees, there may be restrictions on the use of machinery and technology as well as on the removal of materials.
