Description
The Mühlhausen school association is planning to renovate the gymnasium in Mühlhausen, which is connected to the secondary school.
The school sports hall with equipment and changing rooms is a self-contained area.
The building shell of the school sports hall has already been renovated to make it more energy efficient. This project is being funded via the KIP-S funding program.
Some of the changing rooms cannot be used as they do not comply with the school building guidelines. The changing area must be redesigned so that it complies with the school building guidelines.
Due to serious deficiencies identified during the last risk assessment, the operation of the gates had to be prohibited.
After the energy efficiency of the shell had already been renovated, the outdated sports floor should also be replaced.

Lot 2: The contractor must provide the basic services listed in Section 53 (2) Nos. 1 to 6 HOAI, work phases 5 - 9 in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI. Annex 15.1 HOAI, provided that the relevant option is commissioned.
