The measure involves the renewal of the carriageway of the K6526. Due to subsidence in the road body and bumps, the district road has to be repaired over a length of 1,130 m (OA Vehlefanz in the direction of Wolfslake).

The roadway is to be renewed in a cross-section that complies with the regulations, if possible incorporating the existing pavement. The possible expansion options have already been determined and are to be reviewed according to their expansion options, alignment and road construction. The expansion is to be carried out on the existing route. The decision on changes to the alignment and construction methods will be made by the client in the course of the variant investigation.

The traffic is characterized by cars and trucks. Due to the rural character of the region, agricultural and forestry traffic (heavy goods vehicles) is to be expected.

The district road is currently closed on one side due to damage. Traffic is controlled alternately by traffic lights.

The object of the service is the engineering services required for the expansion of the district road for the object planning of traffic facilities in accordance with §§ 45-48 HOAI. The Oberhavel district is responsible for the construction and project.
