The Maria Frieden School in Coesfeld is to be extended and then the existing building renovated in two separate construction phases by April 2027. The building is an elementary school from the 1970s with a concrete skeleton construction. The existing building with sports hall with a gross floor area of approx. 2740 + 525 m² will be given a new façade; roof structures, building services and interior fittings will be renewed.
