The LSB M-V intends to rebuild the sports school in Warnemünde with a sports hall/boat hall on its own property. The existing building of the Warnemünde sports school was demolished for this purpose. The sports school with sports/boating hall requires a gross floor area of around 6,600 m². Part of the offer is the implementation of "telephone technology".
