The Bavarian Police Logistics Center (LZBP) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of automotive consumables and accessories as well as automotive workshop supplies for all Bavarian Police associations on the basis of the present tender documents.
The contract to be awarded is divided into regional and specialist lots. There will be 4 lots.
The contract term of the framework agreement for all lots does not begin before 01.01.2025. The framework agreement ends uniformly for all lots on 31.12.2026. There is the possibility of two extensions, each for a further year. After expiry of the maximum possible contract term on 31.12.2028, the contract for each lot ends automatically without the need for termination.
