The site of the current Friedrichsthal OT fire department at Keithstraße 1 is planned as the location.location / site:The site to be planned is located in Oranienburg OT Friedrichsthal and has a size of 3,048 m² - it is made up of several parcels (see attachment: "Parcel map excerpt"-circled in blue). The property is located directly in the old town center of Friedrichsthal, on the Anger and directly opposite a listed church building. In the design concept, the creative integration of the building into the context of the old village center must be taken into account.existing building fire station building:On the property there is a currently used equipment house of the local fire department Friedrichsthal from around 1904, which was last extensively renovated in 1997. The windows were also replaced around 2010.The building is a 2-storey building with an additional hose tower and a total floor area of around 250 m².As part of sustainability efforts, it is desired that the existing building or parts of the building fabric be included in the planning.A building condition report is available for an initial assessment of the building fabric of the existing building (see appendix "Building condition report"). To the extent available, this initially supports the concept development. In the event of a planning decision to retain the existing building, further investigations (e.g. wood protection report, pollutant report, proof of stability) will be necessary in order to be able to make a final decision on the feasibility of the project.The existing barn building:A dilapidated, partly ruinous barn building adjoins the fire station to the north-west - the roof has already partially collapsed. There is no information about when it was built, nor any planning documents or similar.
