Description
The local community of Ruppertsweiler (district of Südwestpfalz, municipality of Pirmasens-Land) intends to renovate the community-owned multi-purpose hall "Ruppertshalle" on the basis of a feasibility study.
On the one hand, the multi-purpose hall has age-related deficits in terms of building fabric, energy standard and usability. In addition, a periodic inspection revealed deficiencies, particularly in terms of fire protection. As a result, there is a fundamental need for refurbishment.
As part of the federal program "Renovation of municipal facilities in the areas of sport, youth and culture", funding was promised by the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development. In the course of preparing the grant documents
meaningful planning documents with the corresponding cost estimates (DIN 276) must be submitted promptly.
Special requirements regarding use by the local community of Ruppertsweiler, which have not yet been fully determined at this stage, must be taken into account. The requirements of the funding body must also be taken into account.
The object of the contract is to award the services for the technical building equipment within the meaning of § 73 VgV, service phases 1-9 according to HOAI 2021 for the renovation of the "Ruppertshalle" in the local community of Ruppertsweiler, on the basis of a feasibility study carried out in 2022.
A phased commissioning is planned. The contract will initially be awarded for processing stage I (LP 1-4 HOAI). The contract will be extended to include processing stage II (LP 5-9 HOAI) if the corresponding funding is approved. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the further processing stage.
The feasibility study takes into account the needs of the local community of Ruppertsweiler both in terms of use and scope.
The feasibility study attached to the procurement documents sets out the requirements for the building structure, development and construction.
