The Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology at the Technical University of Munich intends to conclude an agreement with one (1) tax consultancy and/or auditing company or equivalent for the provision of various services in the field of financial accounting and the preparation of annual financial statements on the basis of this service description for technical and commercial processing.
The client is looking for suitable service providers who can support a research institute with a total turnover of approx. EUR 10 million and who can provide references for comparable contracts with non-profit institutionally funded organizations in which German tax law and the principles of proper accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) had to be applied.
Furthermore, the bookkeeping must enable a verifiable accounting separation of non-economic and economic activities.
Services for the takeover of documents and data from the previous service provider are to commence after the conclusion of the contract at the end of the fourth (4th) quarter of 2024.
