Description
The LEA Hessen is seeking to conclude a framework agreement with a service provider for support services in the organization and supervision of various types of events. The required service modules can be found in the service description.
In addition to organizational services, the content of the framework agreement also includes support in the procurement of service providers and the further development of our event formats with consideration of our target groups.
The contractor shall provide holistic support for the events and assist the employees of LEA Hessen in the preparation and implementation of the events and act in an advisory capacity in the development of the event format. Three lots will be formed for the processing of the various event formats.
