The invitation to tender covers the structural expansion of Schwedenstraße in the Baltic seaside resort of Binz. This includes the renewal of all road surface layers including footpaths and access roads, the renewal of the street lighting, the sewage and rainwater drainage systems and the drinking water pipes as well as the landscaping of the green areas. In addition, earthworks are to be carried out for the co-laying of third-party media.The extension of Schwedenstraße is being carried out in three lots in three construction phases (partly overlapping in execution): - Lot 1: Waste water and drinking water; - Lot 2: Rainwater; - Lot 3: Road construction; The construction project essentially comprises the following main services:; Lot 1:; Demolition of the existing surface pavements, sewers and pipes of the ZWAR; New construction of wastewater gravity sewer including house connections; New construction of wastewater pressure pipeline and pumping station; New construction of drinking water pipeline; Lot 2: ; Demolition of the existing surface pavements, sewers and pipes of the ZWAR; New construction of stormwater sewer incl. stormwater sewer incl. storage sewer, stormwater retention basin, house connections; new construction of trenches and underground root systems for avenue trees; earthworks for third parties (electricity, fiber optics, relocation of gas pipeline); construction of construction roads; Lot 3:; Demolition of the existing surface paving and street lighting; Renewal of the street lighting; Construction of edging\/pavement\/paving channels; Construction of the asphalt roadway; Construction of the paved areas (parking spaces, sidewalk, access roads); Installation of the equipment; Landscaping work; Completion maintenance; 5 years development maintenance
