Description
The intention is to award contracts for the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems on suitable roof surfaces of existing and new state-owned buildings and the supply of photovoltaic electricity by means of a negotiated procedure with a call for competition. The contractor is to construct and operate the photovoltaic systems on its own responsibility and at its own risk. In return, the roof areas will be made available to the contractor for long-term use. The electricity generated in the photovoltaic systems is to be supplied by the contractor to the state of Lower Saxony to the extent that it is consumed in the respective properties at the same time.
