The Institute for Solar Energy Research GmbH in Hameln/Emmerthal is planning the extension of a new test hall, for which the project planning services for buildings/interiors and outdoor facilities are to be provided in accordance with HOAI § 34.39. The Institute for Solar Energy Research GmbH, Hameln/Emmerthal (ISFH) is recognized as an affiliated institute of the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover and conducts applied research and development in the field of solar energy use as well as associated consulting and training activities. The institute has been located in the municipality of Emmerthal, district Ohr, parcel 2, plot 2/3, since 1993. ISFH currently operates four research buildings with a total usable area of 7,500 m² on the institute premises (32,000 m²) as well as additional test stands and experimental set-ups on the open-air site. The site is divided into two construction areas. The main building and a research hall are located on the eastern building site. This construction area is fully utilized. A semi-detached house ("experimental buildings") from 1990 and a research hall for integrated solar system technology (ISS) from 2013 (completion) are located on the western building carpet. The municipality of Emmerthal will carry out a procedure to change the floor area ratio in this building area from the current 0.2 to the planned 0.4, which should be completed in summer 2025.
