The former sports ground of the Siegburger Sportverein 04 (SSV), which is owned by the district town of Siegburg, has been vacant for several years and is to be put to a new use. The following development of the site is being pursued by Stadtbetriebe Siegburg AöR together with a cooperation partner in the planning process:
- Creation of a residential quarter "multi-generational living" with a gross floor area of approx. 5000 m2,
- Distribution of the living space over a total of 5 three-storey buildings,
- Mix of apartments (rental apartments) consisting of small single apartments and larger family apartments (approx. 60 apartments in total), including bicycle parking spaces/garages
- No cars in the neighborhood area,
- Parking spaces are neither to be planned nor built by the contractor. An above-ground garage with approx. 100 parking spaces, which can also be used as parking spaces for cargo bikes and at least 3 car-sharing spaces for cars plus charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, will be built by a third party.
- Quality of building materials with high sustainability standards
and low resource consumption,
- Energy standard with low energy costs corresponding to low or zero-energy buildings, heat\/energy supply with renewable energies, - Review of the current building law situation
Review of the current building law situation, creation of the corresponding building law as quickly as possible
- Complete public development for the supply and disposal of the entire residential quarter from the "Hansenstrasse (planning area)" interface. A corresponding development agreement is to be concluded with the developers.
- Compliance with the eligibility criteria Quality Seal Sustainable Building (QNG Plus) and DGNB certification.

Stadtbetriebe Siegburg AöR is looking for a cooperation partner as a co-partner in this process, who will jointly establish a unitary GmbH & Co. KG together with it. Two new companies are to be founded. A limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as KG), in which another new GmbH will be involved as the sole general partner (full partner). Stadtbetriebe Siegburg AöR becomes a limited partner (partial partner) of the KG alongside the cooperation partner. Stadtbetriebe Siegburg AöR is to hold a 51% stake in the KG and the cooperation partner a 49% stake.
The private partner is to provide the planning and construction services as general contractor.
