Description
The Ennepe-Ruhr district intends to commission a heavy rain hazard analysis and heavy rain risk analysis for the entire district area (area of approx. 408 km²). In the past, this task has already been carried out by an engineering office. For unforeseen reasons, however, the task had to be discontinued before completion. Now the further processing of the task is to be awarded in the course of this invitation to tender. The heavy rainfall maps are to be carried out in accordance with the latest version of the work aid for municipal heavy rainfall risk management issued by the Ministry of the Environment, Agriculture, Nature Conservation and Consumer Protection of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Funding from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia is to be used for the service in accordance with the "Flood Risk Management and Water Framework Directive 2" funding guideline dated April 11, 2017, so that the corresponding requirements must be met when executing the order. The project must be completed by 15.12.2026 at the latest.
