Description
The districts of Bernkastel-Wittlich, Cochem-Zell, Vulkaneifel and the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm are working together as part of the "IKZ-Modellvorhaben Eifel-Mosel-Hunsrück 2.0" project funded by the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of the Interior and Sport. As part of this, the municipalities participating in the project are to be supported in award procedures in accordance with VOB\/A, VOB\/A EU where necessary for capacity reasons.
The framework agreement is to include technical procedural support for the quality assurance of service specifications and the implementation of electronic procurement procedures in the area of responsibility of these administrations. This does not include legal advice, but is intended to serve the quality assurance of the technical specifications and the award procedures.
Detailed information on the scope and content of services can be found in the tender documents. It can currently be assumed that a total of approx. 459 award procedures will be required for individual specialist lots in the 2-year performance period, of which approx. 102 procedures in accordance with VOB\/A 2nd section, 349 procedures in accordance with VOB\/A 1st section and approx. 8 procedures in accordance with UVgO for construction-related supplies\/services (no planning services). These are estimates; no specific minimum purchase quantities are agreed.
The specified quantities represent a maximum quantity that relates to the contract term of 2 years. In the case of the optional extension of 2 years, this maximum quantity is doubled accordingly.
