We are inviting tenders for ecological construction supervision for our new administrative building for the Potsdam-Mittelmark district in Beelitz-Heilstätten The Potsdam-Mittelmark district is the client of a new administrative building in Beelitz-Heilstätten. The project is currently at the end of service phase 3 (design planning) under the planning consortium "MoVe PM" as general planner under the architectural firm Bolles+Wilson. The award procedure for the general contractor, who will be responsible for the construction work from mid-2025, began on 12.06.2024 with the competition for participation. Ecological construction monitoring will therefore begin during the general contractor's procurement process.
