The district of Oberhavel is planning the conversion of the building ensemble at André-Pican-Straße 40 in Oranienburg.
The historic old building of a Schultheiss store and the directly adjacent existing building, consisting of a former beverage store with office and retail levels, are to be connected by an access joint.
Once completed, this will allow barrier-free access by elevator and compensate for the different floor heights via a single-flight connecting staircase.
The subject of the tender is the completion and partial conversion of the existing outdoor facilities with the aim of clarifying the new development of the building through targeted pathways and making the entire ensemble more visitor-friendly.
