The district of Oberhavel is planning the conversion of the building ensemble at André-Pican-Straße 40 in Oranienburg.
The historic old building of a Schultheiss store and the directly adjacent existing building, consisting of a former beverage store with office and retail levels, are to be connected by an access joint.
The subject of this tender is the construction of a photovoltaic system on the roof areas of the district music school \/ multipurpose building in Oranienburg for the old building and the existing building. 192 modules with a panel output of 410 Wp each were planned for the roof areas. The total PV generator output of the system is 78.72 kWp. The energy generated is primarily used for own consumption. The surplus energy is fed back into the public energy grid and recorded via a bidirectional meter from the energy supplier.
