Description
The district of Kassel is planning to extend the elementary school in Habichtswald-Ehlen.
In the first construction phase, the demolition of the pavilions and the construction of a new 2-storey wing are planned. The new building will then contain: 8 classrooms, differentiation rooms and a toilet facility, with a gross floor area of approx. 492 m2.
The second construction phase relates to the current administration wing, for which the relocation of the teachers' room is planned due to the larger space requirement and new construction\/extension of the changing rooms and the gym. The conversion affects a gross floor area of approx. 402 m2.
The third construction phase involves dismantling the last two classroom containers, building a canteen with kitchen and ancillary rooms as well as a janitor's office and small workshop. A new pellet heating system is to be planned in the basement. The gross floor area for this is approx. 316 m2.
Project planning: Work phases 1-9 according to HOAI 2021 as general planning services incl. specialist planning services.
